Time and attendance software works alongside the devices collecting attendance data and other business tools. For RGA, we took over this ongoing work, looking after the application and its connections.

Management software within a wider set of tools
The RGA project began by taking over custom time and attendance software developed previously. The application needed continued support alongside the devices and software with which it exchanges information.
Alongside application maintenance, we developed new features requested by the client. Connections to TeamSystem and the company’s clocking devices are part of the same work, as the management software also depends on these integrations.
Keeping the application and its connections aligned
Updates to device connections accompany the software’s development. Hosting, support and maintenance continue over time, with work agreed around the company’s operational needs.
This project concerns an existing solution that continues to be maintained and developed within its business context.
