CAIRA: maintenance service management software
Projects · 2025
Work on lifting equipment continues after the technician has completed the job: notes, photographs and reports need to reach the client. For CAIRA, we connected these steps in custom management software.

Keeping documentation alongside service work
The CAIRA project was created to replace paper maintenance records with an environment where information about completed work can be found. Its focus is on lifting equipment, maintenance jobs, support notes and any extraordinary repairs.
Using MTOsuite , we developed software that collects these elements in a shared archive. A job record can include photographs, videos and signatures on documents: the report is built from information collected on the equipment.
From the management system to client access
The workflow includes generating custom PDF reports and sending them by email. We also developed a client view for accessing and downloading reports through temporary links, without requiring a login account.
Documents and attachments are stored in Google Cloud Storage. Operational work, report creation and sharing become parts of the same application workflow.
Supporting the software beyond initial development
Hosting and support accompany use of the solution. Further development is agreed around the activities to digitalise, keeping the workflow from equipment maintenance to client documentation as the reference.
