We collect goals and priorities with decision-makers and future users. We describe workflows, responsibilities, data and permissions, then share application journeys before developing them.
We define a useful first version, with clear tasks and checks. Subsequent features can be planned in stages, so every need does not have to be addressed at once. For repetitive tasks, we also assess AI features for business processes , comparing them with traditional automation.
03 / Foundation and dedicated development
A foundation suited
to the project.
We can build dedicated components, work on an existing application after assessing it, or start with MTOsuite, our customisable application foundation. The choice depends on features, systems to connect and long-term maintenance.
MTOsuite provides available, maintained shared components; specific modules and rules are developed for the project. Discover the MTOsuite foundation . Where field access is needed, we also design connections to mobile tools and apps .
04 / Data and integrations
Data and integrations

We design APIs, imports and software integrations to connect applications, websites, devices and services. Before connecting them, we define which information to transfer, who updates it and which exchange checks are needed.
Where existing data needs recovering, we examine its format and quality to define migration and validation. Available interfaces, access and responsibilities across systems determine the work required: each connection needs designing in context.
