A kitchen uses different appliances, often from different manufacturers. For Ristorante Il Cardinale, we built a central place to collect their information and interpret it in the context of the restaurant’s work.

Connecting different equipment
The project was commissioned to collect statistical and operational information from kitchen appliances. The starting point was the range of equipment and manufacturers involved.
We built a custom PHP application with MQTT communication on dedicated infrastructure. The work covered interfacing the project’s equipment and collecting data in a shared environment.
From data to decisions about kitchen operations
The collected information supports equipment scheduling and assessments of operating times, shutdowns and consumption. The system makes this data available to the restaurant for its operational decisions.
The solution is supported through hosting and assistance. Alongside the restaurant website , this project addresses kitchen operations by connecting equipment and software.
