Supporting the practice’s communications tool
Sintesi Servizi Online used custom client communications software developed previously. The application supports notices and updates about the practice’s activities and industry developments.
We took over the existing solution, looking after its hosting environment and application maintenance. The starting point was software already used in the practice’s work that required continued support.
Maintenance and new needs in the same process
Alongside support, we deliver new implementations requested by the client. Enhancements are approached with an understanding of the application’s role in communications with its recipients.
The collaboration therefore continues through both software maintenance and agreed changes supporting its ongoing use.
