Desidera: a real estate agency website
Projects · 2020
Each property has different information to present, and every search starts with different needs. The Desidera website was built around this meeting point between the agency-managed catalogue and tools for browsing it.

Giving the agency tools to present its properties
For Desidera, we developed a WordPress website with a property catalogue managed by the client. The agency can publish properties and create listings with photographs, video and 3D tours.
The work also covered sector-specific information. Fields and customisations, including those relating to the Italian energy performance certificate (APE), were adapted to the information the business needs to present.
Guiding visitors through their search
On the other side of the catalogue are people searching for a property. We complemented listings with advanced filters and Google Maps integration, allowing visitors to browse properties using the available information.
Publishing and browsing are therefore two parts of the same project. Hosting and support accompany catalogue updates and management of the agency’s online presence over time.
