DIRimè Italia: website, members and course enrolments

For DIRimè Italia, the website is also where people join, renew membership and enrol in courses. The project connects these activities with the daily work of the people updating and managing the platform.
A website within the association’s activities
The DIRimè Italia project was created to give the association a tool for communication and participation. We developed the WordPress website with features for purchasing and renewing membership and enrolling in training activities.
The journey includes course purchases and PayPal payments. Public content sits alongside the operations through which members and participants access the association’s activities.
Supporting back-office staff too
The association’s operators populate and manage the platform. Alongside development, we therefore provided a dedicated support plan, with content support, training and help with operational needs.
The relationship continues through daily website use: technical work and support for the people managing it form part of the same process.
