Charm Bathroom: a PrestaShop online store

The new Charm Bathroom store followed an established working relationship. From maintaining the previous platform to rebuilding it on PrestaShop, the project followed the store’s changing needs.
First, maintaining the existing platform
Our collaboration with Charm Bathroom began by managing an existing tapware store built on CS-Cart. For several years, we provided hosting, support and maintenance for the existing solution.
Existing custom features formed part of the context for assessing work and future developments. This ongoing support preceded the decision to renew the platform.
Moving to PrestaShop
In 2025, we rebuilt the online store on PrestaShop, prioritising a standard, maintainable foundation. The new development covered the organisation of the tapware and bathroom furnishing catalogue and the steps required for online sales.
PayPal and card payments, SEO setup and iubenda tools were included alongside migration from the previous platform. The technical decision also considered future updates and management.
The store continues after the rebuild
Launching the new version continued the existing support relationship. We still provide hosting and maintenance, assessing platform changes and new catalogue needs over time.
